We are user of landline phone no.2330825 in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, from last 30-35 years. From last one year the said fhone one not working properly and on asking came to know that due to some digging work done by M C Gugaons*s JCB all wires have been cut. But when we made several complaints the SDO telephones, Gurgaon, Mr. Bhargav got it started with WLL set. We were shocked to see the bill when recieved it was in thousands instead of hundereds. Now no body is listening to our complaint and the said phone has been disconnected from that time.
