BSNL (Bad Service Network Limited)
Now a days communication and internet is one of the most important part of the life, today every department, school, colleges, hotel, companies, every public and private sector even individual life can’t survive without that. That’s why many telecom companies providing communication and internet facility. BSNL is one of them. I very am strange when I am looking company profile that, company has maximum customer beside then any other company but that company has very poor services.
Where government planning to join every village, every backward areas for better communication and provide Broad band to every family in villages through BSNL. But another hand BSNL services is going pathentic day by day. If BSNL will not improve their services I am sure the dream of CONNECTING INDIA will never completed in next 4 or 5 decade.
Sir/Madam, my name is Prabhat Bisht I have family of five member and all of them has BSNL connection but I never satisfied a single day from when we all have taken the connection. Now a month before I had converted my BSNL connection to VODAFONE connection. Because when ever light is gone the network goes out of oder. I am really very sad about that because I want to avail BSNL services but due to rescueless and ignoring habit of the department I change my connection. Beside that, two or three year back I have taken NIC data card but due to a bad services and interrption in services I shut down that connection. Now a days I have taken another connection EVDO broad band but problem is that the speed of internet is very slow. Now tell me what I have to do?
Problems
Network congection
Low speed of internet
Company claming 512 kbps but system shows 100 kbps approximate
Light gone network gone
No one to take seriously any problem
Billing mistake
Many time twice bill is coming
My area where I am facing this problem is (Ranibagh-kathgodam-amritpur) under distt- nainital, Uttarakhand
Sir/Madam it is humble request to solve out this problem other wise BSNL should give to any private company. I requesting to all officers, ministers or high authorties who currently reading this letter please help us to solve that problem
