Not offering joining

Sir,

we have done paid training from MANNAT TELCOM PVT. LTD. NOIDA. but till now we are waiting for joining, we have offer later, but they are not giving joining, even they are not attending call of us. company is registered .now they also shifted there office .so please give some suggestion to us.
