My Telephone NO 01421-288888 is out of order since last one year & noboby is worried about my complaints. Also BSNL Department is charged monthly bill from me every time without providing any solution. Please arrange to instruct concerned person to refund me the amount deposited by me without use facility otherwise I will be forced to take action against BSNL & for this all responsibilities are BSNL Department only.
