Careless staff on broadband duty

Broadband connection daily disconneted and daily we have to ring and lead to customer care. MY phone no is 01642240731 . SDO broadband say that it is the fault of land line so contect the SDO telephone and SDO telephone say that it is the fault of broadband. Look into the matter please.
