RESP SIR I WENT TO BSNL OFFICE MORE THAN 10 TIMES TO REGISTER COMPLAINT . EVERYTIME I VISITED THERE THEY SAID YOUR CONNECTION WILL BE STARTED . BUT NOTHING IS HAPPENING . I SUBMITTED LAST BILL ON 24 JULY ON THAT DAY MY CONNECTION WAS NOT WORKING I REGISTERD A COMPLAINT . FROM THAT DAY I AM NOT ABLE TO USE MY PHONE AND ALSO BROADBAND TILL NOW. WHN U CALL MY NO RING S GOING ON AND CALL CHARGES WILL BE CUT. LOL WHAT THE HELL IS GOIN ON .. AND ON 15 SEP A BILL OF AUGUST MONTH IS CAME .. PL PL PL PL DO SOMETHING... OTHERWISE I WILL TAKE SOME LEGAL ACTION... THNXX
