VERY BAD SERVICE

I AM HAVING A BSNL LAND LINE AS WELL AS BROADBAND CONNECTION OF UNLIMITED SAGE WITH Rs. 750/- PM ACTUAL CALL CHARGES. ALMOST AFTER EVERY 10-12 DAYS OUR LINE WENT DEAD, IT TAKES ALMOST 8-10 DAYS TO REPAIRS BY BSNL. MORE OVER OUR BROAD BAND CONNECTION ALMOST ALWAYS GIVING TROUBLE. WHEN EVER WE START OUR BROADBAND IT IMMEDIATELY GOT DISCONNECTED AND AGAIN START AFTER SEVERAL MINUTES THAN AGAIN DISCONNECTED, AGAIN STARTED, THIS WILL REMAINS LIKE THIS. IF YOU SIT FOR TWO HOURS, IT IS HARDLY GIVE YOU 7-8 MINUTES SERVICE. IT IS DESPITE MANY COMPLAINTS.
