Hi

This is Nagendra Kushwaha and I would like to do complain regarding your postpaid procedure. Kindly not that your department a agency name Mas Callnet India PVT.Ltd had B-24 First floor, Okhala Phase-II New Delhi 110020 given me several calls for new Post paid Connection. I have given them 250 rupees for that on dated 07/09/10 and they intimate me that your connection will be start within 72 hours. I had a lot of conversation with your staff member Mr. Ashish on his mobile no. 8802606682 and they assured me that they will confirm and will give me a call but now since 2 days he is not picking up my call if he pick up then he hand over to other girl/boy and cut the phone now today is 11/09 and i didnt received any verification call. I also called on customer care where i talked with Ms. Priya but she also didnt respond properly. Is this the way your compnay doing sales with wrong commitments and avoiding customer calls. it seems worthless employees working for worthless company.

Hence I am forced to write to you shall i understand that my rupees and my time has been waste due to your irresponsible staff.

your prompt action regarding this would be appreciable.
