Very shoddy service and no response

We had got the IP Centrix landline (41238171) installed but the network had been very poor and often got disrupted for hours together. Frequent complaints had to be made and on Sept.23rd the phone went dead. Was rectified but again after few hours, it went dead on 24th Sept. We asked for disconnection of the line with immediate effect and also asked for reverse of bill amount for Sept.- Oct. billing period. But to our surprise, Airtel has neither reversed and has sent a fresh bill for Oct.-Nov. period after disconnection and without the phone working even a single day. IS THIS THE WAY OF WORKING?

Airtel service is worst and the customer care people are least bothered about service. Even no one bothers to attend the phone at the Thane branch office. Frequent mails and calls to 121 have proved futile.

AIRTEL ONLY KNOWS TO HARASS THE CUSTOMER AND NOT GIVE GOOD SERVICE. THEY DO NOT BELIEVE IN GOOD SERVICE AND IN RETAINING THE CUSTOMER.

We hope they will take back their instruments and give a reverse bill without further delay.
