My landline number 0120-2643853, not working since 24/8 except a day or 2 when it worked intermittently. I am fed up by the problem and is now on the verge of surrendering the connection which have been with us since 2010. I would be really feeling sorry for that as private service providors are giving a much better after sale service.
Even a complaint has been lodged to the DGM (CM) office and the person attended said to forwards to the convern DGM. But it is of no use. Will GM or the authority look in the matter and make me feel a proud coustomer of BSNL. There is nothing pending against me.
