Dear sir
Myself Amit Rajbhar I have purchased Micromax X 360 mobile from the shop of MOBILE SHOP in Alipur duar Court (West Bengal) in feb. In 10/09 it had some issue with its user profile like it became head set & not change to general mode, the phone was functioning fine (calls) but nothing was without head phone. Then I took it to nearest Service center of Micromax (SUMEDHA CARE in Alipurduar). I have given the mobile in the custody of SUMEDHA CARE on 10-SEP and since no reply in phone Next day I did the same, they as usual asked me to come after two days. Again happen the same. After that I visited there every day and got the no answer then Today I again the service centre was closed and in one person of service centre was dealing with the complaints. rude and misbehaved I went there & told them when You provide my Hand set, but the result was the same that I will try soon. His result was same day by day He was very rude & rough behavior. I have received my mobile back today on (date, 21-Sep-10). Without repairing & incomplete.
Now I am dipressed and frusted with the dealing. It has taken more than two and three weeks. Still I am wandering.
It is my humble request that kindly take necessary action at the earliest against the service centre (SUMEDHA CARE) as soon as possible. My details of Job sheet are given below.
