THE ABOVE HANDSET WAS SENT TO THE AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE FOR A PROBLEM RELATED TO NETWORK CONNECTIVITY ON 11.10.2011 AND WAS REPLACE BY A RECYCLED HANDSET ON 02.01.2012 (APPROXIMATELY AFTER 3 MONTHS) WITH A HANDSET OF DIFFERENT COLOURED BACK AND FRONT COVERS. MOREOVER THE REPLACEMENT HANDSET IS AGAIN CAUSING TROUBLE AND THE SERVICE CENTRE IS AGAIN ASKING TO DEPOSIT THE HANDSET FOR NECESSARY REPAIRS WITHOUT ANY ASSURANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE ESTIMATED TIME REQUIRED. REPEATED COMPLAINTS HAVE NOT YIELDED ANY RESPONSE AND THE COMPANY HAS FREELY SHRUGGED OFF IT WARRANTY LIABILITY OF 3 MONTHS FOR THE PERIOD THE HANDSET WAS UNDER REPAIR AND AGAIN SEEKING THE SAME PRIVELAGE.&--ARPAN CHOUDHURY - [email protected]
