This is to just inform you that I had purchased a Micromax Q5 from Ganpati Mobiles Lucknow on 12/04,
I had submitted my mobile to service Centre which is in Indira Nagar on 11/10, my Head set button, Track ball is not working and battery is also weak I had inform that to the Customer Care Ex. she was talking very rudely and saying we cant change headset bcoz its a common problem in the sets and she says we cant change the battery even its weak. So pls train to your CC exe. how to behave with customers.
PLs do the needfull and change my handset battery My Job order No. is 6535 .
