Alance deduction from prepaid

Hi!!

I am using a Bsnl cell no - 9473071500 in patna. Yesterday, I was having 800 balance in my cell!! I was having my cell in my hands only. After sometime, I found hve only 2/- balance. I don't jnow, if the cloning of sims are happening even today. Its alarming!! Beware, everybody!! Any oficial of bsnl patna could help. please!!!
