Unsuccessful topup twice, but amt. debited from my bank a/c

SIR,

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I'M FACING THIS PROBLEM.I MADE TWO TOPUPS FOR RS220 EACH ON 02/1 FOR MY MOBILE NO.9421741629 BUT IT PROVED TO BE UNSUCCESSFUL AND MY TMB A/C GOT DEBITED FOR RS440.I HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED 5 COMPLAINTS BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TILL NOW.I KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO TAKE NOTICE AND TAKE NECESSARY MEASURES, EITHER BY REVERSING THE DEBITED AMT.[RS220 220] TO MY TMB A/C OR CREDIT THE SAME TO MY MOBILE A/C.
