Hi,
Yesterday (on 17th March), i tried to recharge my Mobikwik account balance paying Rs.340. The amount is debited from my bank account, but still nothing is credited to my mobikwik account balance. Can someone tell me is this really a fraud company. Do they have any customer care number to contact.
Even i have raised a complaint on their site, and my ticket number is 11005. But till date this is still an open issue. Any one have any idea on this company, and how to resolve this matter.
