Fake calls

I am geeting miss calls from these numbers 923474816041, 923416527935, 25240900330, 23224005862, 23224005864, 23474816041. once i dialled 23474816041 but they dint talked but my balance was reduced. next time wen i received miss cal from 923416527935 and I called back they said they are calling from vodafone and you have received lottery of 10 lakhs rupees. I made call to vodafone and also sent them official email. please bring into kind notice and take neccessary action.
