I had received a browser message regarding Stock update information on mobile from BSNL VAS. Nothing was mentioned regarding charges. Immediately after clicking on the link, I got a message that I have been charged Rs. 30.00. The subscription is auto-renewable, and I have to unsubscribe through the application, which I have installed, if I do not want to continue. The java based application, installed by me was not even run by me, and they have deducted Rs.30.00 from my prepaid account. The service provider is BSNL and OnMobile, both of which have done a fraud with me. I had contacted with customer care of BSNL, but in vain. They even did not talk in a polite way, and straightly told that no refund is possible, and told that even if I go to consumer court, it does not matter for them. After a long talk of about 23 minutes, they have lodged a complaint regarding deactvation of Mobile Investor after 30 days, for which they have already charged.
