Sir i would like to bring to your notice that its very much
frustrating for me nw...
i have been trying to activate mobile internet rs 51 plan from last many days
i have tried by sending mssg (M51 to 51234
also tried service command *123*051#
ALSO CALLED CUSTOMER CARE THOSE PEOPLES TOLD ME THT TEY HV ACTIVATED
BUT TILL NW NOTHG HAS HAPPND
now its almost 15 days and iam feedup of calling every day to customer care
this same problem i was facing in decmber too but it got solved after
troubling me for 7-8 days but nw its really out of my control
if i called customer care they trasfer it to gprs dept. where they
tell me they cannot solve my problem as htere they only give internet
settings
more ever no body is trying to understand my problem too
also the customer care doesnt gv valid information . eg. 1 guy told me
to do e recharge of 51 for activation bt iit faild and i ended up
getting an balance of 10 rs
its very must frustrating and if i complain abt ths thn sm tell me
tht te net cannt b activated by e recharge .!!!
my 51 rs a gone /...
its my humble and kind request to please solve my problem as early as
possible... also i got msg of activation of miss call
aterts WHICH I HV NEVER SUSCRIBeD!!!
plzz take a note of ths problem too
