Respected Sir,
We resident of Vikhroli Group no 1, Chawl no 239, Room no 3267 having problem with one of the mobile tower in our chawl. Mr. Kushal Nagda is the owner of the room where this mobile tower is, he is also running a nursery where children between age group of 2 to 3 are coming, our chawl also has a maternity hospital. This tower is just 15 feet above the ground level because of which many people are becoming sick.
Pl note the land where this mobile tower is has been illegally taken by Mr. Kushal Nagda, actually this land belongs to MHADA.
We had already complaint it to MHADA & Police, but no action has been taken.
Pl help us...
