I am using TATA Photon device (9201463037) since last 2 months I am very disappointed by the speed of the device company said that its speed will be 153.6 kbps but when i use it never give speed more than 16-20 kbps. i have also talk about the speed complaint to customer care executive but they always say that ur call is forwarding to to officer but they never talk and always misguide me. i m very disappoint with the service.
I am student i have lot of work to do with internet but with this speed i can't even open a site it takes lot of time to open. I am very denounce by the performance of device.
Please i m rid of the speed and needs your help so that i can get speed. It will be grateful if u take strict action against my problem.
