M.R. Marketing & Communications ADS
Fraud tariff promises

I got a cal from M.R. Marketing & Communications ADS a month back asking me to migrate from docomo prepaid to vodafone postpaid (9029956260) through MNP. The tariff plan i started was a 399 Rs rental plan but this agency promised me a 100 Rs discount so my monthly rental would be 299 Rs. only. My 1st bill was delivered yesterday and yet my monthly rental is 399 Rs. So I was given no discount inspite of agreeing to it on DSA enrollment scheme form. I lost their contact number. Please help
