Ugrently confirmation regarding pf not received yet

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to you in respect to my PF fund withdrawal request been submitted on Regional PF office Pune. My PF account number is MH/PUN/34224/23360.

I had worked for M/S.TECH MAHINDRA LTD

I submitted my PF withdrawal form on Aril But, till date, I have not received any cheque from you. I have tried calling your PF office (020- 26444039/ 26456145/26454230/26454231/26402117/18/19/20/42/43/50/51/58) several time but most of the time either no one picks up the phone, or the phone stay out of order.

I have already sent mail to them for the same many times on mail Id &, but there is no revert from PF helpdesk department. So, please do needful because I need the money urgently due to some family problem.

Can you please look into the matter, and reply me soon, it will be very much helpful for me.
