Sir i have mtnl (28116584) 749 unlimited broadband plan from the day of connection i used to download speed 200kb/ps but from last one week i an having decrease in speed from 80kb/ps to 10kb/ps. i have lodged many complaints with them but they are not solving my complaint (no. 6937/863) and giving me assurances that we are doing and solving the problem and today there executive came and said the problem is from mtnl side and the higher (mr. bharadwaj) authority is suggesting me to change the plan instead of solving my problem.
sir please help me what should i do in this matter
