Mtnl broadband connection
MTNL Broadband connection applied since last three months

I have applied for MTNL broadband Landline connection on 30th. Jan on 1500. The executive came on 31st. Jan.2010 at my residence to collect the proofs and said they will install it with in a week.

anything yet. Whenevr I called to customer care they says your application have been approved and will be installed in 2-3 days.

Now its April going on and they hve not done anything yet.

Please help.
