Disconnected line

Dear Sir/maam,

I am Placing this complaint for the disconnected MTNL landline phone of my office without any notice.

I have been paying all the bills before due date for more than 20 years. I contact the neary by MTNL division but they where not intented to entertain my complaint as after 25 days of making them oral notice but no action has been taken so far. Today I have also Filed an written complaint but I have no faith for the action will be taken for my complaint.

Please I am looking forward for your quick action.
