My dolphin number 9869037890 is discnnected without any reason and is not active since 1st Feb. 2011.no officer from mtnl ready to say when number will restat. I am using this number since last more than five years. My prayere is that my number should be restarted with immediate effect and MTNL mubai be fined with heavy cost for trouble and harrasement caused to me.
