Land Line shifting

Hi,

I have requested my existing land line to shift from Vasant Vihar (Thane) area to Wagle estate (Thane), as I has shifted to Kashish Park.

The Work order number for this are: 187148 & 187149.

My present Tel number is 022-21730414.

We have checked with Vasant Vihar exchange and informed that the phone disconnection from their exchange has done on the next day itself.

Till this time, noone has called to my mobile or come to my new address and the line was not yet activated. I have also doubt that do we need to pay the rental for this disconnect period, also.
