My Landline MTNL telephone having number 28081550 is dead for the last three days and the complaint for this was made on 6-6, vide complaint number:1569. I have forwarded this complaint to AM, Dwarka, and GM West by mail. However, there is no one to attend the complaint and restore the services. This is a general trend on the part of MTNL official to show indifference to the complaint made by the subscribers. The official sitting higher in MTNL should take note of this and should provide the relief to the subscriber.
