MTNL DOLPHIN billind
Rs 3900 deducted thru ECS when mandate was only for Rs 500

Dear Sir,

I am a customer of MTNL dolphin mobile service having mobile no 9869105456 . I had authorised MTNL for ECS of RS 500 only. But to my surprise they have deducted Rs 3900/- from account. This has happened before 7 months. I am fighting with MTNL but nobody listens.

Pl help me in getting my refund of Rs 3900/- in my SBI account (Housing finance branch Vashi sector 29) from where the money was deducted.

Pl help...
