Billing Plan not Changed

I’d requested for plan change on 14.01.2010 from Plan 100 to Plan-E with the request no CR1001103091, Why has the plan not been changed as yet? Is this the type of service you ppl provide???

This is very poor customer service at you call centre…. Reverse my bill amount & confirm.
