Mtnl landline and broadband
Misled by the employee

Espected sir,

i got a land line phone connection with broadband service of MTNL.

now the problems are

1. i chose a plan of 599 monthly rental in which they promised me to provide speed about 512kbps (according to the scheme) but they are providing me the speed about 256kbps and chrging the money for 512kbps speed.

2. its about lanline connection, i went to them for landline connection, i asked them what is the requirement for the landline connection, they said u have to submit 500 advanced thats it

and according to your plan your monthly bill is about 599 10.3% (service tax) 75 (monthly modem charge)

which is about 750 i agreed with this, But now thay sent me a bill of about 2600 and said this is the installation charge for phone and modem.

i was misled by them thay didnt inform me about that

please take a suitable action on them and give me some solution
