My MTNL landline phone No. 011-26102111 has been dead since more than a month. Regarding the same I have complained numerous times since then but to no avail. Because of the phone being dead the Broadband (with a monthly rental of Rs 750) is also not working. So effectively without any usage of the phone & broadband and after pathetic customer service I will still have to pay a sum of over 1000 Rs, which is not acceptable.
My address is 1211, sector-8, R.K.puram, New Delhi - 110022 and the area falls under Bhikaji Cama Place MTNL office.
