Improper communication for broadband inquiry

In mtnl's broadband department the communication is not proper whenever i have tried to talk with the customer inquiry number (1800228844) the phone got disconnect's after 1 min of time span even i have tried from my mobile and landline as well atleast for 10 to 15 times and all the times i have received the improper information
