Prepaid mobile services not working most of the time

My name is Avinash Lewis, my MTNL no is 9869122310, registered for #G internet refilled it could not even use for a minute, its clearly deficency in service, almost a 6 months now, no mobile network in my area, it shows but cant make calls, no use of registering complaints, almost made 100 no action, Hope some escalation action is taken against the responsible officials involved
