I am suffering from a dead telephone landline no. 022-26208921 & internet broadband service of MTNL Mumbai for the past 6days now. I have lodged complaints about the same 3 times - the last complaint numbers are :
1. For Landline - 7438 lodged on 15/07 on mtnl helpline 26202198
2. For Internet broadband - 7535 on 15/07 on mtnl helpline 26202198
The services of MTNL are so pathetic that I am absolutely fed up. Nobody is bothered. When I try to ring up, I am pushed from pillar to post asking me to ring somebody else in an endless cycle with no solution in sight.
One more problem I have been facing for theb past 4 years is that the voice quality is bad due to a very irritating kkkrrrrr sound on the landilne whenever I make or receive a call. On lodging complaint several times - I was informed that they cannot do anything about it as it is due to a very old cable outside, which needs replacement. So I am livinig with this problem.
Can you please help me?
