Hi,
I have an MTS connection since the service provider has started the service. After checking the coverage only i have purchased the connection and it is an CDMA connection, now i dont have any coverage in my area presently (it was working fine till 20th june);so it is not possible to change the SIM and use the phone.
I have contacted customer care for the same and as per the update from them the tower has been removed.i am not able to use the same for the last few months and i have logged 2 complaint s for the same. Both the complaints they closed without any updates.
Please make a complaint and do the needful.
