Never and ever buy a MTS mobile or sim card the service provider has no responisbality of the existing customers, when we try to contact customer care the say the problem is solved, but again the same problem, See iam not able to get any incomming calls from past 5months but i can make out going calls and can recharge, i am fed up of calling customer care, when ever i give complaint on this, they answer pls change your number, See the kind of response they give my number is 91 9141045454 i waited for 5 months to resolve the problem, i dont know wat to do now, but i dont want to loose the number.
