Dear sir,
I have purchased a new MTS M-Blaze USB Broadband around 45 days back, with my purchase i was given an offer of 15 days unlimited download.
MY MTS NO. is : 9667989983.
at the time of purchase/handling of the device i was said that i will get a download speed of around 1.5 to 2 Mb of speed. which i got at my office place that time.
the purpose of my purchased to access internet from my residence, which is at 4/218, Chitrakoot, vaishali Nagar, Jaipur.
I tried to connect this at my home and with very disappointed with its performance.
I realised that it hardly connect to internet, and some hoe if it connects it don't open any site, expect their own www.mtsindia.in. the max speed i got was around 20-50 KB Download and that too with a very frequent disconnections. you have to keep refreshing websites 3-4 time to get it working.
I contacted customer care many time, but they always call at office hr. 10AM-6PM when i too at office. and at office it work satisfactorily.
I requested them to go to my residence and check it their, and they always say that, ok we will try to check it. its almost a month now. and i have paid for an Unlimited Usages Plan (Rs. 999) that was their latest offering. and its about to expire, i am unable to access the net as expected and at critical time. as i am a Web Developer, i need Internet Connection almost more that food.
Don't know what to do further, i feel help less,
they are not provide any good service nor they are refunding my money back for the instrument & Monthly Plan.
