Dear sir/madam,

I buy a mts sim card (nois. 8459100390) from greater noida on 17th of April from Dev Communication Corp. Off. : G-2/S-3, Gamma shoping complex Jagat farm, Gamma 1, Greater noida. Shopkeeper tell me Sim will be activated in 3 hour and give me the visiting card. My Sim is not activated till today and none of his number is working which given on card (9136004601, 9716847575 and 911204291718). Unfortunately i am not in Greater noida right now. This is cheating with custmer. Cancel his dealership.
