Auto Activation of Value Added Service

I am Prakash Laxkar, Phone no. = 8432699130, I have bought a new connection about one month ago

Auto Activation of this service on 18 Aug... I called the customer care and told abt the problem he said the balance will be recharged within 48 hr... but still i have not received the recharge... i have lost 25 rupees... i have called again... they just taking issue not seriously.
