Respected sir,
i am Sushil Kashyap, i port my airtel number (
9810662262) to MTS around four months ago... After three months..
they starts many services on my number such as-TRAF nd MTS info
services... which cost me... but the thing is that.. DND services is
already activated on my number... i contact to MTS customer care
executive related to this problem... they just giving me excuses that
this service has not been activated from our side this has been
activated by you... but after some time they accepted that this
service has been activated by them... they activate that services
around seven to eight times.. but they refund only one time... now a
days.. they activate MTS info.. service on my number.. which deduce my
balance constantly... i contact to their technical team but they also
give no response.. after that i contact to NODAL and APPELLATE
officer... they every time said that '' I WILL LOOK UP IN TO YOUR
PROBLEM'' but the fact is that they are doing nothing.. and my problem
is same as it was... they also bard my customer care number every
time and they also bared my MNP request also...
SIR, I AM JUST FED UP OF ALL THESE NONSENSE BY MTS...
SIR... PLEASE HELP ME... AND GIVE RIGHT DIRECTION TO ME... AND
PLESE.. TAKE ANY STRICT ACTION AGAINST MTS...
