Dear Sir/Madam,
I like to complain you a very serious issue of MTS. I am using MTS from last
9 month and i like its service and offer specially more than 100 % talk time
and lower call rate 1/2p/sec. Impressing to these feature i highly promote
the MTS to my relative and now 10 of my kin using MTS and some of my friend
also buy it i have also 3 MTS connection (9152768282, 9151711033, 9152304689),
But sir i want to mention here i am facing very serious problem from last few
month every time some money is deducted from my account and when i call to ur
executive they tell u download wallpaper, ring tone etc. Since i didn't do
such a fullish activity ever but being a helpless customer i have no option
rather then saying ok. Some time some of executive credit the amount when i
stik that it is ur mistake and i want my refund. To being safe side i change
my handset and now i am using a open market CDMA handset having none of any
shortcut key like MTS handset to download such content. But still i am facing
same problem i call regularly twice or thrice to customer care for such a
issue some time i get my money and some time i got answer that sorry i can't
do any thing.
In a recent issue 20, 10, 10 rs deducted from above mention number respectively
and when i call to ur executive i got same old answer and finally i am the
foolish helpless customer who loose 20-30% of talk time for such activity plus
wasting 4-5 hr/month for calling to customer care.
This is my kind request to solve my problem else i suppose that it is a way
to cheating the customer.
