Sir,

I wish to bring to your notice that I have purchased 3 MTS mobile sets from M/s. Gothai Mobiles Tiruppur on 25.09.2009 (MTS DEALER). As required by the service provider I have sent 3 nos passport size photographs and xerox copies of my election Commission of India Identity Card for address proof. With no mistake on my part the service was temporarily withdrawn suddenly (my address is not recorded in MTS records it is not my fault). Mts now asking me to resubmit my identity once again with out activating my mobile. The below mentioned is the mail I received from MTS. Please advice.

I wish to bring to your notice that I have purchased 3 MTS mobile sets from M/s. Gothai Mobiles Tiruppur on 25.09.2009. As required by the service provider I have sent 3 nos passport size photographs and Xerox copies of my Election Commissioned of India Identity Card for address proof. With no mistakes on my part the service was temporarily withdrawn suddenly. This interuption creates lots of mental agony. This was informed to your customer care no.9150155155 on 30.11.2009 at about 9 a.m. I was told that the service will be activated after 72 hours. How would I go about with my regular schedule without my mobile for such a long time? Because of this I would loose lots of valuable calls which inturn will have a negative impact on my career. I am totally dissatisfied. If this continues I may have to seek legal remedy. Please activate immediately.
