MY NAME IS TONY & MY MTS NUMBER IS 8453946043

I HAVE TRIED TO ACTIVATED A CALLER TUNE. ON 27/4 BUT SONG WAS NOT ACTIVATED AFTER 6 HRS AFTER DEDUCTING BALANCE.AGAIN I CALLED TO THE CC. EXICUTIVE TOLD ME TO WAIT UP TO 4 HRS AFTER DISCONNECTING THE CALL I GOT AN SMS FROM THE CC REGARDING THAT CALLER TUNE SERVICE HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED. I DIDN'T GIVE ANY REQUEST TO DEACTIVATE.ALL CC AGENTS DISCONNECTED MY CALL FROM 08042289661 ALSO PUT ME ON HOLD UPTO 27.34SECS.I SPOKE TO ANAND, SUSHILKUMAR, MALATHY, KISHOR AND JAFFAR.THEY ARE NOT GIVING INFORMATION AND ANGERING ON ME, SO I REQUEST YOU TO DO THE NEEDFULY TO ME.
