Sir I am 15 yr old customer of Airtel mobile/ land line service provider. Recently 3 months back I had gone to take new mobile connection at Jaipuria Mall, Indrapuram where I had been offered "new no.9910163322 under Corporate Connection with CUG Services" without GPRS connection as I had specified for it. As I am employee in public undertaking sector they had taken photocopy of my Office Identity Card also. Further I am already having two connections with Airtel..1) 9810163093 and 2) 9910163093 and 3rd landline no.0120-4569944, Sir to my utmost shock when I start receiving bills which was with GPRS for which I had never asked for and further on contacting I found that it is not a corporate connection but "individual connection" and that too without CUG scheme under which I m supposed to make calls at zero cost between 9910163322 and 9810163093. Now in my bills I have been charged for GPRS n the call between two numbers. After talking to Ms Meetika at Airtel I had been given number of some Nodal Officer Ms Bhawana Jaiswal (9818334865). After hours of trying I put on IVRS mode then some Ms harpreet came on line n told me Nodal Officer is not accessible. Now I m on jam whom should I approach for my grievances, I feel as I have been cheated by there Dealer at Jaipuria Mall. If Airtel is treating like this with such loyal customer (more than 15 yrs).
