EXCESS BILL BEYOND THE CREDIT LIMIT FROM AIRTE

SIR,

THIS IS NITHYAPRABHU FROM TIRUPUR.UPTO JULY MONTH I HAVE A AIRTEL MOBILE.SUDDENLY AIRTEL HAD BARRED MY CONNECTION DUE TO MY CREDIT LIMIT WAS EXCEEDED.

BUT MY CREDIT LIMIT WAS RS1200 BUT THEY ARE FOCING ME TO PAY RS 2900.AT THE TIME OF GETTING AIRTEL CONNECTION CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER HAVE TOLD ME THAT MY CREDIT LIMIT WAS RS 500 AND LATER THEY AGAIN CALL ME AND SAID THAT WHETHER I NEED ANY CREDIT LIMIT, I TOLD TO GIVE LIMIT FOR MY NUMBER.THEY TOLD THAT LIMIT EXTENDED UPTO RS 1200.

MY COMPLAINT IS, IN A PLAN OF RS 1200 CREDIT LIMIT HOW THEY ARE ALLOWING THE USERS FOR CONTINUE UPTO RS2900.IF A CUSTOMER EXCEEDING THE CREDIT LIMIT THEY MUST BARRED THE CONNECTION IMMEDIATELY TO AVOID THE EXCESS BILL FROM THE CREDIT LIMIT IT WILL WILL BE SAFE FOR CUSTOMER AS WELL AS AIRTEL.BY TRUSTING THE AIRTEL ONLY WE ARE USING THEIR MOBILE BUT THEY ARE MAKING THE CUSTOMERS TO SUFFER A LOT.BUT NOW I AM READY TO PAY MY PAYMENT UPTO RS1200 FOR MY CONNECTION BECAUSE IN MY BILL IT HAS CLEARLY MENTION THAT CREDIT LIMIT WAS RS1200 BUT AIRTEL OFFICER ARE FOCING ME DAILY TO PAY THE AMOUT RS 2900.MY MOBILE NUMBER IS 9566569999.PLS GIVE A FAVOUR REPLY TO MAIL [email protected]
