Very bad response from NOKIA care

Hello Sir,

I am sushil kumar and my job sheet number 153433527/101028/31 and i am complaneing on date 28/oct time 11:10 for fix my handset problem.

Target delivery Date 01/Nov and i am approve all requrement i.e (cabent..) for fix my handset on 30/oct

after that no response still now and i got very bad response from nokia care when i am contacting

please help me to solve this issue.
