Fraud, Rude & NO Customer service at all

I went to Nokia Care in Delhi, Saksham services, Address:- A1/1, ACHARYA NIKETAN, MAYUR, VIHAR, PHASE-I, NEW DELHI-92

on Sat, 30th Jan'10 & they said that they will repair the phone in 30minutes in front of me. I was very skeptical about giving my phone to anyone for repair for a week or so as I did not have a good experience last time. Hence, I was quite happy about the fact that they will be able to give the phone back in 30minutes. The guy who opened the phone was sitting opposite to me & I could see him checking my phone but all of a sudden he stopped the process & he said that he cant do it as I am looking at what he is doing, then I saw that he tried to do something wrong with my phone, he tried to change the parts secretly without my knowledge. When I asked him why he stopped the process he said that he cannot do it in front of me. I asked him that why he is conscious of doing it in front of my eyes, Is he doing anything wrong??? HE DID NOT HAVE ANY ANSWER... BLANK but I GOT THE ANSWER FROM HIM Silence. He further said that his boss does not want him to fix my PHONE as they are upset with me. The boss's name is SUNIL BANSAL & the engineer was ANIL MAVI.I had the worst experience ever & I just left the place.

I need some URGENT ACTION TO BE TAKEN on these stupid people who think that customer is a FOOL & I would appreciate if I can be contact via email.
