Dear Sir,

I got a message from Orange Telecom regarding winning the contest of DECEMBER INTERNATIONAL 2009 . They have sent the money through a Carrier to DELHI INTERNATIONAL and calling me to submit the excise duty that is 250 GBP that is around 19, 500 Rupees. What should i do know.
